Hampton Inn Portage is located off of I-94 at Portage Exit 19, eight miles west of Dunes State Park and Lake Michigan. We are 5 miles from the South Shore Commuter Train and 15 miles from Michigan City Outlet and river boat casinos. Within 5 miles you can dine at DennyÂ’s, DrifterÂ’s Restaurant and Lounge, or WagnerÂ’s Ribs. Amenities include complimentary continental breakfast, local phone calls, in-room coffee maker and TV with cable and HBO. We also offer cribs, exercise gym, hair dryers, irons, and indoor pool. Meeting/banquet facilities, and guest laundromat are available for a nominal fee.
